Who we are

PowerLeads – Service Management Application. Location: Monterrey, N.L., Mexico. Contact: adrian.almaguer@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone.
• Service data: work orders, addresses, notes.
• Technician location: GPS coordinates and update time.
• Media: photos/videos to document jobs.
• Technical data: device identifiers, usage and diagnostics.

How we use location

Technician location is used to assign the nearest technician and to provide customers with a public tracking link (live map + ETA). The app may update location in the background to keep ETA accurate while the technician is en route.

Sharing

• We share the technician’s location only with the service customer via the tracking link.
• Vendors (hosting, messaging, maps) process data under confidentiality agreements.
• We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

We process data to perform the requested service, for legitimate interests (logistics and safety), and to comply with legal obligations where applicable.

Retention

Live location is retained for the time needed to operate and trace the service. Historical records and evidence (photos/videos) are retained per operational and legal needs.

Security

We apply reasonable controls (encryption in transit, access controls, logging) to protect information.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or object by emailing adrian.almaguer@gmail.com.

Children

PowerLeads is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).

International transfers

Data may be hosted or processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and indicate the effective date.
